How We Work
We maintain a three-story state-of-the-art cold storage and processing facility that preserves flash-frozen fishes from fishing vessels. Our fishes are individually packed and delivered upon request.
Flash Freeze
on board
Our fishes are instantaneously blast-frozen on board at -55°C to preserve freshness without damaging the cells of the fish.
Cold Storage
Our fishes undergo strict hygiene and quality inspections, and are stored in a deep freeze below -18°C.
Processing
Fishes are processed, portioned, and customised using our ISO 22000 and HACCP certified processing facility.
Quick Frozen
& Packaged
All fishes are individually vacuum-packed into temperature control boxes designed to maintain quality and preserve freshness.
