Delivery Information and Payment Method
We know how important it is to receive your products when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion. As such, we are committed to deliver the frozen seafood right at your doorstep. Depending on the size and weight of your parcel, items will either be packed in a High Quality Silver Thermal Foam wrap with Tote Carrier or a Durable Seagreen Cooler bag.
Local Delivery
UParcel processes orders from Monday through Friday and ships them from Tuesday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Daily orders will cut off by 2pm and submitted orders will be delivered within three working days.
FREE standard shipping on all orders over $60. This offer is valid online only and is applicable for local delivery. Any orders less than $60 will require a $6 delivery fee. Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and we seek your understanding in such situations.
Payment Method
Silversea accepts the following payment options:
PayPal (only accepted upon approval). PayPal can be transferred to our account at 019-900617-9. In cases where extra charges are involved, all costs will be borne by customers.
