Microwave Method:
3 to 4 minutes or Until hot
Remove frozen eel from package.
Place frozen unagi onto microwave-proof plate.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Microwave on high power 3 to 4 minutes or until hot.
Remove from microwave oven.
Serve while hot. May be paired with rice and seaweed.
Boil Method:
Remove frozen unagi pouch into a large pot with boiling water.
Return to boil, cook 10 minutes.
Drain water from pot.
Open pouch to serve.
