1. Silversea milkfish in 200g per pack, come individually
vacuum pack.
2. Our Milkfish are farm raised and directly imported from
Taiwan.
3. Skin-on belly that ready to be cooked.
4. Pour warm water with salt and soak the milkfish for
10 minute to defrost.
5. Season it with pepper, salt, vinegar and garlic. Grill until
brown, and you are able to taste the original taste
from the milk fish.
